By the time an idea as passed through its feasibility study and implementation plan, staff have left or a small agile competitor has pipped you to the post. Compliance / H&S is also a standard excuse not to get stuff done and since starting the business we have proven that if you simply get on with the job in hand whilst assessing and managing risk, everyone does better.
We are friendly, non-judgmental and technically competent, identifying which component in a complex machine needs fine-tuning has been part of our role for our whole career.
