As a business owner myself, with more than 12 years in the trenches, combined with 20 years working for some of New Zealand's most iconic brands, ASB, ANZ, EFTPOS New Zealand, State Insurance, Toyota, NZI, AXA, and Inland Revenue, I get to share real-world experience from public service, private enterprise, and self-employment.

One thing about working for brands like ASB, Toyota, and State Insurance, who are among Aotearoa's most loved organizations, is that I learned, up close and personal, from the best, and I get to share these "inside success principles" with hard-working Kiwi's looking to connect with their customers, build their brand, and delight their stakeholders.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love coaching, helping others succeed, strategizing, and sharing what I know about the business world to develop growth and efficiency.

I have had a wonderful career in the private and public sectors and have been part of the leadership groups at ASB, ANZ, State Insurance, Inland Revenue, and EFTPOS New Zealand.

I have been fortunate to work closely with global brands like Visa, Mastercard, and Verifone in the payment space, Payment Express, Paystation, and Paymark, for e-commerce, and developers designing new apps.

I have led and run various kinds of teams, co-created products, project managed marketing campaigns, and personally developed sales plans that have generated millions of dollars in sales.

I have created and run coaching and mentoring programs for a nationwide team, developed my own business from nothing and established numerous funnels to generate leads and traffic at low cost, using social media, advanced software, and BigTech platforms. This is information I enjoy sharing so we can all succeed as Kiwis.

My vision is to inspire a global community of movers, shakers, and digital natives to elevate humanity in the midst of exponential change by thoughtfully balancing people, profits, and potential.

In addition to 12 years of self-employment, I was also a full-time mentor and professional coach to the Senior Leadership Team at ASB Global Transaction Banking for 12 months. This role exposed me to the Executive suite for one of New Zealand's largest banks and I learned skills there about business and capital that are worth their weight in gold.

My skills include strategic thinking, entrepreneurialism, building engaged and productive teams, generating customer impact, managing diverse stakeholder groups, channel management, co-creation and innovation, business transformation, high-performance coaching, and resonant, emotionally intelligent leadership.
