What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my work is taking the pain away from my clients that really do not feel comfortable with the business finances. I work with business owners to help demystify finance, so that allows them to feel clear about the performance of the business, and allow them to think ahead and build a strategy that excites them. Ensuring they feel they have the support to take their business forward and not worry about what they might not know.
What inspired you to start your own business?
That dreadful government statistic about start-up business failure rates. After starting my own journey, I know there are a number of factors that might mean a new business fails, but I wanted to make an impact on those that are great businesses but fail due to the numbers.
With the right support with the numbers, the right systems and some guidance, these great businesses will grow to be an amazing service/product and allows the people within the business to do what they love each day.
Why should our clients choose you?
If clients are looking for a supportive relationship that helps develop the administrative side of the business with a strong focus on using the numbers to build a strong business model, a strategy for ahead and having a coach/advisor that can apply the financials to the wider business management, this service could be a better fit, filling a gap in the management team skillset in bite-sized commitments.
My clients have described our service as approachable, flexible, accessible, supportive, in-English, knowledgeable and often regarded as a financial translator.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Providing you are using a cloud accounting platform then yes, we a fully enabled to work remotely and hold meetings/sessions via video call and screen share.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are working fully remotely at present however our office location has a thorough and rigorous sanitisation routine and regularly reviewed risk assessment process by the building managers (of which we adhere to when in the office).
Book-keeping Services
An entry-level service that enables business owners to start to delegate the responsibility of maintaining the financial records. We ensure source records and data is entered into your accounting package.
We are familiar with most accounting packages and have a particular specialism as a Xero partner, where we can offer you the subscription with the service if required.
2hr Working Session
A Pyramis product, a 'Working Session' is that, a one off session with an advisor to help get a task off the 'to-do' list.
With the combination training, consulting and doing, the aim is to complete a certain objective by the end of the session, one less thing to worry about.
Perfect for one-off tasks like building a cashflow, designing your budget or just getting the most out of your software.
It is your session and you choose what you want to cover.
Finance Department Services
For those looking for a more in-depth service to include financial management, systems and reporting, we can design a service that is right for your requirements.
