What do you love most about your job?

While I tend to brag about the money I help people make because it's a great headliner, it's really their personal growth that I love the most.

I'm an educator by nature, so seeing people learn and achieve things they didn't know possible is what makes my job most worthwhile.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been involved in coaching and training my entire professional life. I'd spent 20 years working under someone else's banner and managed the Corporate Learning and Development team for the second largest local authority in the country. It had been a great career but like a lot of small business owners there came a time in which I no longer felt challenged and I wanted to "sack the boss" and work for myself. I spent the first couple of years working as a corporate trainer teaching leadership and personal development, then in 2012 I made the switch to sales training and business coaching. I have never looked back.
