What do you love most about your job?

I love working with passionate business women who are passionate about the wellness industry and the importance of building strong, long-term relationships with their clients.

So many women when they change career later in life tend to dismiss their previous experience and think they are starting from scratch again. I dig deep and ask the right questions to discover the wealth of knowledge that they already have and can apply to make their businesses a success.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have run my own businesses for most of my working life and the ability to make my own choices and to do things in a way that supports my values of professionalism, honesty, integrity and respect is what inspires me.

I see so many businesses that are successful but that could be exceptional. The business owner is running herself into the ground trying to be all things to all people and constantly fir fighting, rather than building a strong, dedicated, heart-centred team of professionals with traditional values and focused on delivering the companies vision.
