I approached Jstyla regarding designing a website for my new company with a few ideas that I wanted implementing but the finished site has far exceeded the original brief.

What do you love most about your job?
The most educational job in the world! I can tell you about pet grooming, to family entertainment centres, to SaaS platforms, to juice bars, to jewellery to ethical projects and more! I get to work with people who are passionate about their goals and so I learn from them and amplify by assisting in the business and commercial aspect
What inspired you to start your own business?
It just came naturally to me. I designed my first artwork after a game I enjoyed, and continued to design for fun, until people started approaching me for advice and help; this turned into a business over the years (without me realising that I actually was running a business). Since then, what I do has become my complete identity.

I am a certified Food Level Safety 3 at Supervisor level. I can put together an express programme for your restaurant or bar business. Observe your premises, your staff protocol and also prepare the necessaries for signage, labelling, processing, storage, and equipment. I can also put together a HACCP for you too.
Digital Analysis
I can offer you a fresh perspective if you you feel your website needs a refresher, overhaul or simply an assessment of its current stature.
From looking at the build of the website, the performance, its search engine presence, to social media relevance, as well as keyword and consumer expectations to see if your website resonates with the audience you're trying to reach.
I can also deep dive into the technicalities of your project so if it is a SaaS or CRM or a bespoke framework and it needs a SCRUM Master approach, then I could ask the right questions to ensure web project is in good standing and at optimal development in its sprints or cycles.

I am Google Analytics 4 Certified. I know how to use Google Tag Manager, Ads, Facebook [Meta] Business, and have dabbled lightly in Twitter Ads and Tik Tok Ads.
Mainly, I can see how your current campaigns are running or advise you on a brand new approach using commercial tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Search Console to aggregate information and present to you in a human readable format that gets right to the point.
User Experience and Research
I am a user experience expert, working on User Interfaces and graphics for many years, and then coupling that with my certification in Google Analytics, along with other tracking tools, taught me to understand user interaction, customer experience and working with market research methods to deliver optimal experiences for customers both digitally and in the real world.
How I would approach your CX/UX and Research goals would be first to assess your current set-up, systems and processes and then analysing how data and behaviour is currently collected, and then working my way from this by either providing a report or introducing new measures to begin micro testing before scaling up to more ambitious changes in user and customer experiences.
