I am an experienced and qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with years of experience working with a wide variety of difficulties including post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociative disorders, anger, personality disorders, abuse, violence, parenting and motherhood, depression, early childhood trauma, anxiety, anger, loneliness, guilt, loss and bereavement, development delay, social, behavioural and emotional difficulties, attachment and relationship difficulties.

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor based in Kingston upon Thames offering counselling to adults aged 18 and over. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and, as such, I work within their ethical framework and guidelines. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental approach. I believe that the relationship between the counsellor and client is key to the success of the counselling.

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and a member of BACP. I am an EMDR trainee. I offer short and long-term integrative psychotherapy to adults for a range of issues. I am an integrative therapist based in Kingston Upon Thames/ Coombe. I draw upon a range of different theoretical approaches to meet your individual needs as I believe each person's experiences are unique to them. I am experienced in helping people through their difficulties offering both short term and long term therapy.
