Thalbir has been on a quest of self-discovery ever since she can remember and has been practising Yoga for over twelve years. Thalbir enjoys sharing the never-ending art of connecting breath with movement and harmonising the mind with body and spirit.

Suitable for all, whether you've done yoga before or not. Pitched at the right level, good pace. Thal explains everything really well, very relaxed manner. Relaxation and meditations are excellent and you come away feeling light and free from stress.. Highly recommended.❤ More...

I love sharing my passion and knowledge for yoga and meditation and the amazing benefits it provides in enriching the relationship we have with ourselves and those around us.

I wanted to do something I care about and positively impact others with the service I provide

I'm have a fun, friendly and down to earth approach. I have a particular expertise in working with clients who have no previous yoga experience and may have injuries or pain related symptoms there are wishing to relieve through starting a yoga practice. I especially love working with clients one to one to tailor the practice to their needs.
