Yogacita is a lovely environment. You don't need to be a expert in yoga to enjoy the classes, however, if you are experienced the Friday PM class will put you through your paces. Fantastic yoga studio! the greetings are always really pleasant especially with little Eddie!! the Teachers are fantastic, super helpful always making sure your in the right position so your not hurting yourself and getting the most out of the pose. So far have done classes with Jo and Viki and both were great, will be going every week whenever i have the time off of work!! the place itself is so nice they did a great job decorating it!
