Jason was recommended to us via another photographer we’d approached to photograph our wedding but who wasn’t available. We took a look at his site and liked what we saw and his pricing is very reasonable (in fact it’s cheap compared to what many wedding photographers asked). We didn’t want tonnes of staged photos. We wanted a few group shots - mainly for the family album - then we just wanted someone who could capture our day as it unfolded, and someone who’d capture the moments we weren’t going to see. It’s a big leap of faith when selecting a wedding photographer and you never really know how photos are going to turn out until you see them. Thankfully, our leap was well rewarded as Jason sent us (in the timeframe agreed) around 500 photos that captured so many moments from our wedding day. Looking through them brought back the happy memories. He also sent us all the other photos he took that he thought weren’t as good (think odd faces, eyes shut etc.) on a pen drive for us to look through in case we wanted some of those anyway. Jason’s unassuming demeanour means he just blended in to the wedding day, wandering around, taking photos of whatever caught his eye and we barely noticed him, other than when we were posing for particular shots. We’d have no hesitation recommending him.
