She has the patience of a saint as we started the redesign of my website back in the summer with a view to launching it in early September but in the end couldn't launch it till early December! This was all to do with me not being able to get the content to her in time. As and when I sent anything through, she worked on it immediately.
She kept in good contact regarding special features/domains ending etc that I needed to watch out for and was always open to amending aspects of the site where necessary. If I asked for some aspect of creative design that she didn't know how to do, she just went away and figured it out.
