Having used a number of design agencies over the years I found Kelvin and his team one of the easiest to work with, I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted with examples and they not only managed to setup a brand with the feel and look that I wanted but all for a lot less than I've paid in the past, the beauty is that they cover a varied field so they now handle my websites, and SEO campaigns..

What makes a great website?
A great website should be easy to use, straight to the point and obvious what the business does. Not have everything crammed into the opening screen, but make it easy to find a path through the site.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
How did they intend to get people onto the website. Will it be paid advertising? Will it be referrals? Or will it be searches based on brand?
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy speaking to a variety of clients and learning about their business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We all have very different reasons why we decide to own a business. For me it was the frustrations from being told that an idea was too good because it was a small client, or being told not to use new technologies because that’s not how ‘the business’ works.
Add to this, non-technical/non-creative account managers! I think it is important that the right technical and creative people are given the opportunity to talk directly to a client because no clients’ brief takes into account the technical aspects, nor is it fully fleshed out on an aesthetic level. There are so many technologies and creative directions to choose from these days that in-depth discussions are vital to getting the most from a budget in the shortest time possible.

Once they have a conversation with us, they’ll see that we aren’t the same, we are a very different set-up.

We work with clients all over the country, we have a few clients that are abroad as well and have no issues doing so. We are happy to work however a client would like to work. For small projects, working remotely is more cost effective and for larger projects, we would suggest a meeting, this can also be online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of the standard precautions have been adopted. We have hand sanitising stations, good ventilation and where possible opt for remote meetings.
