What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been a support mechanism for individuals in the workplace for over 20 years. I have a positive attitude and have seen first hand the pressures individuals experience on a daily basis.
My main aim is to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace and I provide a tailored service for those who need it, this includes employers and employees and private one to one sessions for those who need it. The plans are tailored for everyones and concentrate on the needs of each individual.
