About

I am a fully qualified counsellor with a humanistic and empathetic approach, deciding to seek counselling is often a huge step and I am there to support and work with you. I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling and have worked for the last five years with a local drop-in cancer centre and have vast experience in working with serious health issues, the impact this has on family and friends and also loss and bereavement.

Having spent a significant time working in a large corporate environment I have a wide and varied experience. I can help with all types work related issues I understand the professional challenges that arise, work related stress, low self-esteem, redundancy, anxiety and depression as well as being able to help with personal development.

I have also worked with a local college and am experienced in working with young adults with anxiety, exam stress, panic attacks and low self-esteem.

I offer a safe space where you can bring any concern be yourself and be heard with respect, empathy and understanding.
