I am an individual and couples counsellor. I offer my clients a safe and non judgement space to explore their issues. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves. This will help them improve the quality of their lives by finding other options and choices, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life. I help my clients to build on their inner strengths and grow their resillience, which in turn leads to feelings of empowerment.

We all have times in our lives when we struggle with issues such as stress, anxiety, bereavement, loss, failure, relationships or lack of belief in ourselves. Exploring these issues in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space can be very beneficial and can bring about change. I offer this space, using my background in family law, in which I helped people who were facing the most stressful of family situations, which led me to become a counsellor helping people struggling with issues relating to their current relationships or stemming from past experiences.
