What do you love most about your job?

We love to see our boarding clients pull their owners into the reception to start their holiday with us whilst their humans go off to play on their holidays too,

The best bit is knowing that these boarding clients are helping to support an amazing cause and helping other cats and dogs who do not have a home of their own.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The charity and the boarding business go hand in hand and animal welfare is the core of our job here.

Our charity simply couldn't exist without our boarding business but all the residents deserve love and attention as much as the next dog or cat and all of our residents are treated as if they were one our family pets.

Why should our clients choose you?

We are a boarding kennels and cattery with a heart, not only do we care for our visitors who are enjoying their holidays with us but we also rescue and rehabilitate over 120 dogs and 250 cats each year.

Our prices do not have any hidden extras and we include food (non prescription diets only), bedding, toys, medication administration, exercise and affection in our boarding prices. We do not charge you more for having a large dog and we certainly don't charge more for cuddles.

Every day our animals are looked over and our staff complete 5 point health checks making notes of any changes within our residents and we have an onsite vet throughout the week to help with any queries or emergencies. Our centre is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Ty is the best! She used to walk our Rottweiler when he was a puppy and now he stays with Ty whenever we go out of town. He loves her and is always excited when she comes to pick him up. I completely trust Ty. She is reliable and wonderful with animals.

My 1 year old Dachshund loves Keith and Lorraine, he attends training classes, puppy playtime and Daycare, which I am extremely happy with them all. Highly recommended.

Ty offers a professional, flexible and friendly service at a great price, I would 100% recommend Ty and her services to anyone. The only issue I have is I think my dog prefers Ty to me. :)
