we were having serious trouble with new carpets and sofa that were off gassing large amounts of VOC's so strongly we had to move out of our home. Kevin came out the same day, gave us the best options to help clear the VOC's and started work straight away. He was absolutely brilliant, gave the carpets a deep clean and steam cleaned the sofa, then followed up with further treatments and hoovering to help the off gassing process reduce. He went above and beyond to help make the space better so we could actually move back in, visiting quite a few times to air it for us give follow up advice and help. I am very chemical sensitive so literally couldn't stand to be around the off gassing and VOC's and Kev treated me with kindness and totally understood the problem we were going through with the chemicals and how to help solve it. I can't recommend him and the company enough. Totally amazing
