House Cleaning
They were extremely quick and responsive and kept in touch frequently, and were very polite and helpful. Millie (the cleaner) was lovely and worked very hard, and also checked what areas I was particularly worried about for the clean.

They were supposed to do an end of tenancy clean for us this morning at 9am (we were giving the keys back to the landlord in the afternoon).

5 Years. We first started in 2016, having the ambition to expand as the years went by. We have slowly been growing and trying to wider our network.
We have wholesaler who provides us with the latest and most efficient equipment which contributes to our top service. Supplies are a very big thing to our set up as it allows us to keep customers happy ensuring our standards are kept high.
The thing I love most about this Job is that it is very diverse. Its very easy to adapt to and straight forward, very flexible.
Independence. This is a big achievement for me when I was growing up. I have always worked for other people and didn't mind it but it has always been my dream to work for myself. In addition being able to provide work for other people, this was also a big factor when growing up as where I come from jobs were hard to get so being able to give brings peace within myself.
I am very great at communicating and understanding people, this is an imperative attribute when dealing with clients. I make sure our standard of work is at a high, customers know the specifics of the work we are doing and most importantly asking them if the standard of work meets their needs.
We make sure all our employees take 2 Covid-19 test a week, they have face covering at all times while on the Job. Furthermore, they are briefed about the procedure and essential things that protects themselves and customers.
