I received excellent service from all of the staff at Oasis. They are efficient and friendly, and were genuinely interested in me and my reasons for wanting a massage. After my treatment they were keen to find out how I felt about it and if there was anything that they could do to improve things and tailor the treatment to my needs. I was also given extra, non-treatment advice by a staff member who is a trained physiotherapist, following questions from me, and pointers to other sources of help. They also followed up the treatment by phoning me the following day to see how I was, which I thought was a nice touch. It’s less than two days since my treatment and apparently you have to wait a bit (and probably have several treatments, according to my research) if your aim is to have more than just a relaxing massage, which mine was. The prices are good, especially the new customer discount and I will be going there again.

I have always been conscientious about cleanliness and hygiene and even more so since Covid. I have PPE, clean down all equipment and surfaces /touch surfaces, before and after all treatments, offer ventilation, hand cleanser and fresh linens for each client, and regularly take Covid tests before appointments. I also ask clients to be mindful of their health before coming to an appointment to ensure maximum well-being for all.
