Kanshin Karate is a small and friendly shotokan karate club affiliated with the KUGB, the UK’s largest karate association. Our chief instructor is sensei Neil Jerome, 5th dan. We train at the Guildford Spectrum, Mondays & Thursdays from 20:00 till 21:30, and Tuesdays from 17:00 till 18:00.
We are always open to new members, whether you’re experienced, just beginning, or coming from a different style.
FITT_FIXATION is a company I founded in 2018. It provides Personal Training for 1 on 1s', small group Training, and an option for large group training (Which would be in Woking Park). I have a specialization in aiding fat loss, whilst maintaining muscle mass. I have also had 4 years of personal training experience, from running a Boxing club for 2 years at St. Marys University, to working as a Personal Trainer at Woking Leisure centre (Which I still have access to for gym workouts).
Absolutely brilliant guys that run a great club. I HIGHLY recommend their confidence-boosting martial arts classes. Its great to see kids learn life skills, have fun whilst also keeping fit and healthy! AMAZING.
Dragon Judo Club, Surrey is one of the few Judo clubs that takes on students as young as 4 years of age. I have been taking my two boys aged 4 & 5 for the past 8 months and they love it! Sensei Graham exercises the perfect balance between discipline and fun, whilst you can visibly see the students progressing and building their knowledge and skills of this wonderful art. Options in terms of times and locations for the little ones, so there is no excuse not to sign up and get your children active, fit, strong and confident.
