I started off as a general life coach but the more experienced i became i realised that my niche was to be predominently a confidence coach focusing on helping my clients to feel strong and confident within themselves to reach their fullest potential and ultimately achieve their goals and beyond. A long time ago I was going through some things I couldn’t seem to get past or change and I had tried counselling and various other options, nothing really helped.
One day I picked up the phone to a life coach. Not knowing much about it, I was nervous and apprehensive but after the first session I realised the difference to all the other avenues I had tried was huge.
I had the power to solve my issues myself. No dwelling on past mistakes, nobody telling me how I should do things. I was seeing an old problem in a whole new way and in a way that I could change, manage and leave behind.
I felt free, empowered and positive for the future.
I was so inspired by my experience that I realised my calling was to help others feel like I do.
I did the basics to learn more about it, then I got the qualifications I needed to cover general coaching followed by further training to specialise in relationship coaching and I continue all the time to challenge myself to learn more ways to help people and improve myself.
Because each clients journey is as important to me as it is to them and I am wholeheartedly committed to helping them reach their goals.
Since 2020 I transferred my coaching services to phone calls & zoom and will be keeping my services that way for now as it has worked brilliantly for myself and my clients.
