She received a distinction in her PGdip Clinical Hypnotherapy from the University of West London. Gabrielle is a calm and empathetic therapist who is passionate about using hypnotherapy to help people to overcome challenges and difficulties in their lives and to reach their full potential. She treats people for anxiety, fears, phobias, depression, relationship issues, confidence, stress, work and study issues. This is as well as changing behaviours and habits such as stopping smoking or losing weight. Her treatment includes helping you to change how you relate to and feel about past experiences and how to tap into and use your own inner strengths and resources.
I most love helping people to move on from challenges in their lives that they have been struggling to overcome for a long time. I love to see people find that they are stronger than they think and can move forward more easily than they think.
