Within twenty minutes there was already an improvement, and after an hour the difference in Dottie’s engagement was amazing. Ian sent me a follow up email, with a list of things instructions to do to reinforce the training, and encouraged me to do mini 5 min sessions daily.
He contacted me several times to check in, and offer extra guidance if needed.
A few weeks later we had another session, this time including my other dog, which was so useful.

Silene walked our massive and boisterous puppy for 8 consecutive days while we were on holiday. She sent e-mails and great photos, and he clearly adored her and had lots of fun on their walks. By the end of the week he was more able to sit down when she arrived at the house, instead of jumping all over her, and he was better behaved on his walks. Our dog walks are fun, personal and safe. We have a 'No Pack Walking' policy that doesn't allow to walk dogs in packs (it’s stressful and can be dangerous for the dogs involved) but instead we can pair your dog with another friendly dog pal to walk with. We also offer individual dog walks if your dog prefers to be walked on their own. We don’t put dogs in vans but instead offer a home from home collection service in personal air-conditioned cars.
I hold the City and Guilds Level 2 Qualification in Dog Walking and Dog Behaviour training as well as Pet First Aid. I have a fantastic team who has been also police checked, pet first aid trained and are fully insured, for your peace of mind.
