Brian and Bryce have been caring for our 7 month old miniature dachshund Loki full time for 4 months now and he absolutely loves it! We were very lucky that they were willing to take him on when he was only 12 weeks old and still very much being a mischievous puppy! Loki loves his days at Urban Paw Prints playing with his dog friends and we always come home to a very happy dog. He is very excited to see both Brian and Bryce so we know he loves them both and they love him! Brian and Bryce send us daily videos and photos so we can see what Loki has been up to during his day. Loki has also spent several nights boarding with Brian and Bryce and we are confident he is getting the best of care, we don’t know what we would do without them!
The first thing you should know about me is that I am obsessed with dogs. If they did a scan of my brain, it would be in the shape of a one. I love all animals, but dogs are my thing. I have three of my own, two westies and a border collie, and hope to get a working cocker soon. I have had a dog my whole life, the longest I have gone without a dog is 3 months. I am a firm believer that a bond between a dog and its person is such a blessing, one I believe should be treasured.

Andrea was amazing and helped us with our 4 month old Westie puppy Max, who was extremely naughty, hyperactive and disobedient. After previously owning a Westie and him passing away 4 years ago, we finally decided to get another dog and thought another westie would be the perfect choice as we knew the breed so well, especially with two young children it was so important that we knew what to except!!! Unfortunately Max was completely different to what our old Westie was like and we were shocked with the difference in behaviour when we got Max. Max barked uncontrollably and would constantly bite our feet and want our attention. That’s when we got in touch with good dog. After Andrea came to see Max, only after her second visit and following all her advice, Max was like a completely different dog and I can not believe the change in him. I’ve had dogs all my life and thought I would never need a trainer to help me but Max was not what I expected and thanks to Andrea he now follows our instructions and is the loveliest affectionate dog and although we have trained him hard it’s not taken away his lovely character and personality. New Safety Measures
Although London is currently in Tier 4 of Coronavirus Restrictions, Urban Paw Prints will continue to operate as normal.
Here are a few of the safety measures we have in place to keep everyone safe:
1. A zero contact policy with all owners. If someone is home, we will text you prior to our arrival so you can have your dog ready at the door. If no one is home, we will open the door and quickly place the dog on a lead. Regardless, we will always remain a minimum of 2m away from all owners.
2. We will only use leads that belong to Urban Paw Prints.
3. We will not allow anyone to stroke or pet your dog while in the park.
4. We will remain 2 meters away from all people and practice social distancing while out on a dog walk
5. Hand sanitiser will be used prior to collecting your dog and immediately before returning the dog back into your home.
6. We use an anti-microbial brass tool to open doors and push lift buttons.
7. Daycare dogs are cleaned with an anti-bacterial pet wipe before being returned home. The interior of our vehicle is disinfected on a weekly basis.
8. All sitters and walkers will wear a face covering when entering your property and in settings where we come into contact with people we do not normally meet, such as in the park.
