I was first drawn to working as a therapist, as I found I was the person people seemed to turn to in a crisis and it gave me huge personal satisfaction to feel I could be of help. I went to a therapist for help with my own personal relationships and addictions. With her assistance my life was turned around. I immediately felt that I wanted to train as a therapist so I could do for others what had been done for me. I proceeded to train as a BAC counsellor/ therapist and have never looked back. I find my work both interesting and rewarding and I look forward to meeting and working with a variety of different people and helping them to resolve their various problems and to guide them to find meaning and purpose in their lives.
