Life has taught me that you can't control someone's loyalty. No matter how good you are to them, it doesn't mean that they will treat you the same way. I have been married to my wife for years with no idea she was cheating and plotting against me. Suddenly i started noticing changes in behavior, i suspected something was wrong. So i confided in a friend who convinced and introduced me to this investigator. He was able to hack into my wife’s mobile phone to fully access her Text messages, Call logs, Instagram, browser history, deleted messages, Emails, WhatsApp remotely and tracking her daily live location. It seemed as though my life was spinning out of control getting to find out she has someone else & my life was at stake too. I filed for a divorce immediately, just could not continue with her deceits and evil Deeds. If you feel you have been exploited in your marriage, relationship or work place, and you need proof... I suggest you contact this investigator on their verified email “ Premiumspyglobal @ gmail com ”, as successfully recommended, they're into any spy related issues and can solve all hacking problems to gain any access you desire.

I have an awful lot to thank Marta for helping me stop smoking. I smoked for almost 20 years and tried many times to quit before I decided to take a couple of hypnotherapy sessions to quit. After the first session I was able to quit and at the second session I learned new tools to cope with my anxiety which was the main reason why I couldn’t stop smoking. Thank you Marta.

Anna and I had sessions on trauma and life coaching and she was incredibly clear, kind and focused. She used techniques I hadn’t thought of using before which were very effective and her voice is very calm in meditation work. She is an excellent listener and great at picking the right task for the issue. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone. I was stuck at a crossroads and with Anna’s help and guidance I am now in a job I love with the ability to tackle any anxiety.

I offer a confidential and safe environment within which you can discuss your current issues and feelings without judgement. As an integrative counsellor I am trained in a number of different models, meaning I can tailor my approach specifically to your requirements. Together we will work out the way forward and the time required remains flexible; unlike the NHS where they can only offer 6-8 sessions, here the sessions continue until you are ready to leave.

As a registered nurse and health visitor of 35 years, 22 of those in the Army, I've seen first hand the effects that emotional difficulties and traumatic life events can have on individuals and their families. Working one to one, I will give you the time that you need, when you need it, creating a bespoke therapy for you. The rewarding life experience of Army life, working at a school and as a health visitor was incredibly helpful while I trained as a human givens counsellor, and continues to inspire me. It's made me passionate about helping young people and adults to build a "personal toolbox" to empower them to handle difficult situations, build confidence and resilience and feel life is enjoyable and rewarding again.
The principle behind human givens therapy is a simple one: that we are all born with the same set of physical and emotional needs, and we're all equipped with the resources to meet them. These are the "human givens", and it's when we're missing one of those needs that we experience emotional or mental health difficulties.
Our therapy is different from traditional psychotherapy approaches. A human givens psychotherapist will work with you to swiftly identify which of your needs is falling short. It's then a matter of giving you the knowledge and techniques to redress your balance. You'll get a "toolbox" to use for yourself, so you can find happiness and realise your life potential once again. The process is much faster and easier to go through than other therapies, often taking only a short number of sessions.
