What do you love most about your job?
I love enabling clients to make beneficial changes that help them find solutions to the problems they present with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been involved in both delivery of counselling and managing counselling services for organisations and the charity sector - I felt it was a good time to turn all my attention to working with clients .

Counselling
I believe counselling is about change – whether that change is about life situations, difficult feelings or other issues that you find at the forefront of your thinking. Whilst we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to enable change to happen to help you have a brighter future.
