Becca is a warm, gentle, totally approachable and immensely gifted woman. Our paths crossed last year and through her guidance, listening and reiki sessions she has helped me remember 'me' and has given me tools on how to focus on my important stuff and not stress about the rest. I can not recommend her highly enough and I whole heartedly believe that everyone needs a bit of 'Becca' in their lives. X

This disused office building - an eyesore for several decades - was rescued by the vision of Bristol philanthropist and builder, Martin Connolly. When he spoke to the city's planning department about his plan to turn Hamilton House into a community hub, the planner replied (helpfully): "Over my dead body." Luckily Martin Connolly persevered. Hamilton House, run by Co-exist, is now a thriving hub for charities, not-for-profits, freelancers and artists. It also houses the popular Canteen bar and cafe on the ground floor. Thanks to Martin Connolly's vision and financial support, Hamilton House is helping regenerate Stokes Croft bringing work, vibrancy and livelihood to a neglected urban area.

I decided to try NLP after realising that I wasn’t coping with stress, anxiety, and depression. At the same time, I was also receiving a course of CBT. The CBT was such a disappointment, the approach seemed to be trying to get me to fit the CBT ‘mould’, and given my issues at the time I felt very ‘boxed in’ which was not helping me in the slightest. A dear friend recommended NLP and with trepidation I met with Fiona. My first session started without me realising it had, such was the friendly, safe environment Fiona has built for her coaching and is also testament to Fiona herself. During the session I was asked questions which allowed me to explain my problems in my own words, at my own pace, and how they affected me. The following sessions saw me delving into parts of me I never thought to visit again, or confront. They were deep, emotional and ultimately cathartic. In addition, she gave me various practical techniques I could use in the future which would also help me overcome my problems. I cannot thank Fiona enough for this insight into me, and how NLP can help me in the future both professionally and in my home life. I highly recommend Fiona and her excellent NLP coaching.

Through my work I’ve helped people get get better relationships, higher pay at work, less anxiety in social situations, more self acceptance in themselves and with family, better sleep and break out of a cycle of toxic relationships and find a deep sense of inner-peace. You can achieve this in many ways. My approach in based on helping you practice a few key mindfulness-based skills: - Presence Practice: bringing the wandering mind back to the present moment - Neuroception training: Developing more aware of sensations in the body, to help you recognise states - Trauma healing and reparenting: Accepting feelings and all aspects of yourself, as if you were a loving parent - Habit Holidays and Comfort Zone Challenges: Learning how to break old patterns and develop new ones - STOP technique: Catching the 'Panicked Protectors' of the mind and questioning them, compassionately - Grounding in Gratitude: Learning to appreciate life again We practice these simple but powerful skills during one-hour sessions together, and I ask you to continue practising at home by meditating and writing down things you are grateful for every day. As well as 1-2-1 coaching I facilitate groups in Mindfulness and Emotional Resilience and another course in Mindful Relating: Communication Skills. I also run workshops and courses in places of work. Ask if you can have me run a course in your office today! *How much is it?* I offer the first session for free so we can see if we're a good match. Then I charge a sliding scale of £50-100 for a 55 minute session and I recommend people start with doing three sessions per month. I trust you to choose an amount that is respectful to your own financial situation and how much you value the work. You can book it here: https://www.positively-mindful.com
I love helping people find inner peace after trauma, through deep emotional work, playful reframing, speaking, dance and movement. It gives me so much energy when people report that they accept and love themselves more after our sessions.
I've been obsessed with rock climbing for 20 years and I worked long hours as a Landscape Architect for 10. Throughout all of this I had incredible adventures, but I was avoiding something. Since bullying in secondary school and spinal surgery at seventeen I had been using work and pleasure to distract myself from my underlying emotions, and to avoid my social anxiety.
This all began to change when I tried to meditate. I picked up a basic book, read the instructions and began. As I focused on my bodily sensations I observed frustration, pain, heartache. There was emotion in my body and mind and it was unbearable. Tears streamed down my face and I had to shake on the floor to calm down. I realised then, this was the start of a journey of healing and self-discovery.
My playful approach means the work becomes a joy. My experience in many modalities allows me to take sessions in many ways - from healing to growth. I offer a no BS approach with a money back guarantee if people anything but completely satisfied. My 5 star ratings speak for themselves.
Yes - I work in person or via Zoom. I offer more than most, because my sessions are 1hr and I will email notes to you afterwards.
I work safety with common sense. If I or others feel we are at risk we always work remotely or outside (I meet people in the park!)
