Counselling - on phone or by zoom video call. £45 for a 50 minute session. When safe to do so, I will resume face-to-face work from beautiful rooms overlooking the harbour in central Bristol.

What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people to find their way through difficult experiences, feelings and thoughts. It's very rewarding seeing people understand themselves better, have less self criticism and suffering.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in charities supporting different people for 25 years and decided I wanted to work one-to-one with people using my counselling skills and qualifications. Having my own business gives me and my clients the freedom to work together for as long as my client wants to and on whatever issues affect them.

I'm caring, compassionate and gentle in my approach. I attune to your needs and work in a variety of ways so you get the best outcome from counselling. After working with me, you will feel heard, understood and more confident.
