Q&As

The service I provide has its roots in a ten-year personal development journey where I undertook intensive study. I gained my higher education qualifications by achieving an honorary BA degree in integrative counselling while living and studying in London. Now I want to share my passion.

I wanted to put my personal journey to good use in order to help others including you.

We have a saying here in the South West that a calm sea never made a skilled sailor in other words before you even attempt to talk the talk (listening and understanding) its a good idea to learn the general background of what is involved in walking the walk.

Im glad you asked my services are internet based.

Working Online is the way forward for both you and me.

Services

Your experience needs to be one where you feel accepted with genuine empathy for the situation you experience. In the helping role of counsellor non-judgmental acceptance must come from a place of truth and unconditional acceptance towards you. Furthermore, requiring the working within client confidentiality suppling a safe space for you. The facilitation of sensitively listening to genuine feelings and containment of the processing in a safe space becomes an essential aspect of the counselling process.

Have you ever considered It’s not the load you carry that breaks you but the way you carry that load? My approach is one of a person- centered counsellor (assimilative integration). With the help of counselling, you can explore the dynamics of your family relationships or any other problems you choose to bring into your session. In planning and acting you begin to plan what your future could look like.

I work with what you are prepared to offer during each session. Understandably you might find yourself stuck while trying to help your own processing of current mixed feelings I will gently guide and support you when needed.
