I have been coming to see Dave for a number of years. Initially because I had a frozen shoulder and didn't want an operation. It turns out it wasn't that simple. The stresses of life and working in education along with other stress factors and menopause were in part to blame. But with Daves hollistic approach to my card together we unlocked the muscles and I avoided having any surgery. He is both empathetic and very caring in his approach. Teaching you how to map your own body and recognise the start of any issues. Regular top up massage treatments with some Reiki thrown in are keeping me on my feet and able to maintain and active life. I am forever greatful to him for his care and compassion.. ❤️

We offer counselling, spritual/energy counselling, reiki, energy healing, massage therapy/acupressure, life coaching, holistic image and Indian Head Massage. You may choose whether to work one to one with either Dave or Sue, both being highly skilled and experienced counselors. Both Sue and Dave have considerable experience working with people with disabilities , especially autism and mental health. Dave and Sue saw there was a need for independent private counselling services that gives the client a more individualised approach. We can also offer a wide range of therapies such as massage and reiki etc. that mean that we can offer a holistic, wrap-around service. We believe out approach is unique. We love what we do and believe in what we offer.

Dave is a Person Centered Counsellor and Mentor and also has trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He has worked at both MIND, CRASAC, Hearing Voices and The Cornwall Asperger's Association. He is also a Reiki Energy Practitioner and Master with an interest in Energy Healing and Spirituality. Dave also specializes in the field of massage and acupressure.
Sue is an Integrative Counsellor and therapist (CBT/ Person-Centred / Psychodynamic/ Transactional Analysis). She has also trained in NLP, Holistic Image, Hypnotherapy and Shamanism. Sue is a Reiki Energy Practioner and Master. Sue has also specialist experience working with students with disabilities and as an educational consultant.
Counselling and Reiki can both be offered online or remotely to suit the client
