I have been coming to see Dave for a number of years. Initially because I had a frozen shoulder and didn't want an operation. It turns out it wasn't that simple. The stresses of life and working in education along with other stress factors and menopause were in part to blame. But with Daves hollistic approach to my card together we unlocked the muscles and I avoided having any surgery. He is both empathetic and very caring in his approach. Teaching you how to map your own body and recognise the start of any issues. Absolutely amazing people. Started off as just counselling over the phone but over time some health issues worsened and switched to reiki and massage. I can honestly say I now live a virtually pain free life, where my body was surviving at an 8 out of 10 I'm now down to maybe a 1 at a push.
I've been able to work through a lot of emotional stuff from childhood and early teens and make steady but lasting changes to how I think and act, especially when learning how to promote self care as I was always putting myself last. More...

Have been seeing Dave for a while as I suffer from sciatic- lower back pain. Dave’s method of top to toe approach has also find other older injuries, as he leaves no stone unturned.

What a difference Dave at Hubholistic has made to my standard of life.
I work in the Building industry mainly fitting Kitchens , worktops and appliances which really take there toll on me physically and I've gone from not being able to hardly wallk or stand due to chronic back pain to feeling fitter than I have in many years all thanks to Hubholistic.
Firstly working by identifying all underlying issues and then correcting them over a period of time at appointments with Dave.
After the first session there was a remarkable improvement and this has got better and better to the point where now all I do is have an appointment every 10 weeks or so to keep me in tip top shape...
There's never a problem if I have a mishap or any aches or pains and need to see someone it's a come over now and il take a look .. none of this waiting for months to see someone who will do nothing for you on the NHS !! Been there tried that....
Cant thank Dave and Susan enough for what they have done for me..
Give them a call highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else..

My journey started a year ago. How did I manage to pick this particular team. More than half of me was completely done, one little spark wanted to live. Really live! I was totally controlled by rules and had lost the love of my life. I had no idea that there maybe more. I was a suicidal drunkard who would have fought the world for peace, love and a hug. Dave and Sue came to hell with me and never left my side. I am like a child now finding my own stability and slowly learning to trust again. I have had weekly sessions with Dave who has given my body a gentle massage which has released tension and past trauma. Some traumas have been with me for decades. I now have much great flexibility and my muscles are not soft and I walk more relaxed. The technique he uses is wonderful, it outperforms any other type of treatment I have had in the past. I have had acupressure, sports massage, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments in the past. I think Dave technic will allow my body to perform at its best ability for the rest of my life. His knowledge of the human body and how it works is very impressive. He has practiced this technique for many years giving patients tremendous benefits. I had been suffering for 45 years unable to go out for walks and dredding going shopping so, only went with my husband,family or close friends.
I decided to seek help and found Sue a Hubholistic. She has been brilliant.
We met on a weekly basis. Firstly talking through my fears and experiences which led me to my phobia.
Sue gave me relaxation breathing techniques,ideas for when I got anxious. We gradually ventured outside and setting goals.
Walking together then, walking on my own with Sue following from a distance to walking fulfilling small tasks on my own. There was no pressure.
I then ventured out when at home setting my own goals and even went into the local supermarket and got a couple of items. A great achievement.
I feel I have more confidence to go and do things I haven’t done on my own in years.
My family have noticed a big difference in my attitude to doing things and that I am more relaxed.
We have decided to have a break at the moment so I can continue working on my own and pushing my boundaries.

I was struggling with anxiety which was manifesting itself in physically shaking and low self esteem. I visited Dave to try and help with persistent pain in my neck and shoulders that was impacting my daily life.
