I have also had a full body massage and Indian head massage with Nicola; both were purchased as a gift and by far one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.
I was a massage newbie and a bit nervous but I was made to feel completely at ease. The massages were wonderful experiences and I can’t wait to return for more.

So a week open and I’ve had the fortune to experience classes and a treatment today. The instructors are very patient and welcoming, especially for someone who has not exercised in classes before. Bodyjam was high energy and accepting of my lack of coordination! Bodypump was hard but but rewarding and the instructor was great at telling me if I was doing it right! Hatha yoga was pure bliss and as much relaxing as it was exercising. It’s somewhere you do not feel judged and criticised and everyone is just happy to see you. I had a facial with Jane today and it was so relaxing and again she put me at ease and talked through the treatments. The whole place has been built to an incredible standard. The yoga room is like nothing you will have seen before and a great experience. Highly recommend!
