We offer a range of different therapeutic help. Whether you are experiencing personal issues or relationship problems or want to make a positive change, we have the help and support you need to learn new skills and coping mechanisms. We offer counselling/Therapy, Life coaching and financial coaching.

Couple therapy (sometimes referred to as relationship therapy/counselling) is a form of therapy that helps couples resolve relational issues. Dealing with the ups and downs of relationships can be challenging, for example, dealing with constant/repetitive arguments, infidelity, lack of intimacy, children and parenting, finances etc. When issues come up within a relationship, it can affect the tolerance level you have for each other, which can affect the happiness you feel. If you have tried to resolve it yourself and the issue is still there, seeking professional support from a qualified therapist can be highly effective.

Couple therapy aims to help you to reconnect again emotionally and intimately. Forgive, develop good ways to communicate, resolve conflict, and not blame. The therapist is on the side of your relationship to help you to restore it. However, we cannot change your partner or “fix” your relationship. Couple therapy, as with any form of therapy, is only effective if you put in the effort and commitment. You must do the hard work to obtain the relationship you want.

Are you experiencing family, sibling, or parent-child(ren) conflicts? Grandparents, aunties, uncles or even friends? Then, family therapy/counselling may be beneficial to you. It is a form of psychotherapy that helps to improve interfamilial relationships and behaviours. These conflicts can also include miscommunication, health-related conflict, cancer, chronic pain, stress and anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, death and grief, separation and divorce, trauma (estranged /cut-offs), and coping with changes.

Having pre-marital therapy is an essential investment for your marriage. After all, you won't build a house without ensuring the foundations are solid. The same applies to marriage. Having a strong foundation for your marriage will help you to weather any storm and withstand the wear and tear of life.
Pre-marital therapy allows couples to create practical tools to encourage closeness and develop healthy communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Our premarital therapy programme has twelve essential topic areas that have been carefully selected based on thorough research on the critical topic areas for marriage.
