Hello - I'm Paul and I'm a qualified Therapeutic Coach. I take a holistic approach which combines elements of coaching and counselling along with a range of tools and practices so that I can tailor my support to suit you, no matter what outcomes you may be seeking. I can work with you on a wide range of wellbeing issues including stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. This approach is also really useful in helping you work through the more general challenges you may face - perhaps around your career, your relationships or simply the general life improvements you may wish to make.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is clinically proven to help you manage your problems by challenging the way you think and behave, which in turns changes how you feel. During the lockdown period I am seeing clients via an online video link - Zoom. Normally I work out of a private office in central Bedford seeing individual clients for a range of issues and concerns including: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD & Trauma Panic Attacks, Anger Issues & OCD.

I have experience of working as a psychotherapist and counsellor for more than 27 years. I work online with young people and adults. I have worked in the emergency services across the UK as well as within charities and in private practice. I offer both short and long term therapy. As my practice also involves training, training counsellors within the UK and also supervisors this means that I am abreast of recent research showing what has been proven to be helpful to clients and implementing this into my work.
