Shaney-Ann Charles is the owner and Managing Director of Tazwell Ltd. She is a qualified, experienced and registered Counsellor, Organisation Development Practitioner, Coach, Mentor and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and Supervisor.

With over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist, she has worked with a multitude of presenting issues such as; anxiety, bereavement, sexual abuse, identity, substance misuse, domestic abuse, separation/divorce and self-harm.

Working with individuals, groups, families, young people and adults. With a particular interest in working with people who are experiencing anxiety as they encounter challenging times, supporting people after a bereavement, with relationship issues and transcultural /identity counselling.

Shaney-Ann has experience of working with the NSPCC, CRUSE Bereavement Care, the NHS, Local Authorities and Police.
