When a client has the break through moment. Without a shadow of a doubt seeing that change in someone and the happiness it brings is the highlight.

All my familt have their own businesses and whilst I broefly debated working for an organisation it wouldnt have given me the same freedom.

I have all the qualifications & the practical experience but I also have personal experience and understand what suffering is like at each phase of recovery, which can’t be taught.

I truely care about my clients well-being and progression and ensure I offer a safe place for you to work on yourself.

I offer a free phone consultation to explain more about myself, CBT and what to expect as well as hear more about you.

That said if after the call you don’t feel like you could work with me then it’s okay to not choose me. Feeling comfortable and connecting with your therapist is a really important aspect when opening up and working through whats troubling you.
