My passion in life is all about food! I love eating and trying out different world cuisines. I am an Indian who has a lot of cultural background and of course, our food is now recognised all over the world. Ayurveda means: A Science of Life. Personal touches for my clients are very important to me, both in the corporate world as well as private clients. My past clients include Warner bros, American Embassy, Pubmatic, Sovrn holdings. What’s your signature dish?

Bombay Duck
An Indo-Zimbabwean inspired recipe! Veg or Non Veg curry & rice with fresh onions, tomatoes & topped with a very special chutney together with Indian vermicelli.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Personalising flavours according to taste and requirements. Kick off call to discuss menu, constant communication with the client, and ensuring my client gets the same quality food I give my family.

What do you love most about your job?

Cooking and interacting with the clients and making sure the client is comfortable in every sense of the word. Working with them and finding out their needs and where I can advise them on their menu. I always like a challenge!

What inspired you to start your own business?

My family and friends love my food. I have always been told to take my food to another level and make it into a career and let people have a feel of my delicious cuisine.

Why should our clients choose you?

I always want to give the best food to my clients. I like to go that extra mile and give the client my personal touch. My food is served the way I feed my family. I do not compromise on my ingredients. Fresh foods and good quality meats will always be on my menu. My food is not only traditional but authentic too. I feel the traditional Indian food has been lost a little and so that’s what I have brought into my menu.

Catering FAQs

Expand all

Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.

It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:

  • Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.

  • Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.

  • Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.

  • Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.

  • Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.

You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.

Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
