Sanjay has now catered for both our Son's first birthday parties over the last 3 years and we have had nothing but amazing feedback on his food and service from our guests.
Sanjay is great at working with us and inputting ideas on finding a menu that will suit the occasion and our budget.
Everything from the kebabs, chicken tikka wraps, aloo tikkis, pomegranate salad, vegetable rice and beyond tastes so good and all our guests went back for more.
On the day Sanjay and his team take care of everything which allowed us to focus on all the other aspects of our parties. We will continue to hire Blue Carrot and will recommend where we can.
Thanks Sanjay and looking forward to the next occasion where we get to eat your tasty food.

We used Sanjay’s company for a joint 60th birthday party. He was really professional in his approach and made sure his team of staff were well briefed.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sanjay and all his wonderful team at Blue Carrot Catering. They provided an amazing BBQ for my 50th birthday where 100 adults and children were treated to an absolutely delicious array of British and Asian food.
From quality burgers and sausages to chicken and fish tikkas, paneer kebabs, a variety of salads and pakoras to die for!
Nothing was left to chance and Sanjay made sure I was completely confident and relaxed from the moment of booking right up until they had cleared away (having left us a fabulous "doggy bag"!) All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful on the night, really looking after us all and making sure we had everything we needed.
All of our guests commented on the fabulous quality of the food and the venue manager said it was the best food they had ever had there.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Blue Carrot to anyone and look forward to another event where we can work together again.

It was an absolute blessing to find Sanjay at Blue Carrot for our son's first birthday party. With 60 adults, 25 kids and a bespoke theme it really helped having someone who clearly cares about food and is creative and flexible in making sure we got more than we knew we wanted.
Every step of the way Sanjay communicated well with us offering great suggestions followed by a tasting session that greatly reassured us.
Regardless of budget the quality and service never wavered. On time, ready to help and serving fantastic food is something I know Blue Carrot prides themselves in and I've seen it first hand.
The wraps for our lunch boxes were premium standard and the hot indian food is where Sanjay excels...moist, tasty and fresh the kebabs and chicken pieces went down a treat with a great touch of hand made papdi chaats.
I'd highly recommend Blue Carrot and looking forward to my next event so I can eat their food again!
