What’s your signature dish?
I make an absolutely scrumptious Samosa Chaat - an Indian street food speciality of samosas in chickpea curry topped with my very special tamarind and mint chutney, pomegranates, red onions and coriander. It's a visual and tastebud-popping treat!
I love Indian street food - there are so many delicious dishes that can be beautifully served to delight our guests!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
In creating my menu, I aim to provide an experience of food that people will relish and remember! Food is all about the flavour, the textures, the nuances, the high and low tones and the fun!
But first of course, I talk to my clients to gain a thorough understanding of the event and my client's needs, including the purpose, the timing, the venue, the style of the event, preferred service style, background and preferences of the guests and the budget. Then I put together some menu options (within their budget and that suits the occasion) that will achieve the effect they and I desire and offer these to my client.
I am very flexible and happily discuss alternatives, make recommendations, and make specialist versions for those guests whose diets may be more restricted or who suffer allergies. I want every one of your guests to be delighted with the food and service.

Cooking - it's a passion for me! I love everything about it!
I love creating a dish full of flavours that people will remember and that will delight them at that moment and in the future when they think about it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's an adventure, and it's sharing something I love with the world. Doing this work gives me joy!
