I employed Peninsular Catering for my daughter's christening and it was the best decision (and money spent). Dave was friendly and professional both during the lead up to the christening and at the christening when he was setting up and serving the food. He listened to the ideas I had in regards to the food, and then also made suggestions. Furthermore, he personalised the food to my daughter, baking acorn shortbread biscuits with pink icing as a surprise (as I told him in conversation that we called her our acorn). I know for a fact you would not get this sort of personalised and thoughtful service from many caterers. All of our guests raved about the food (in particular the chilli, sausage roll and all of the desserts!) and were extremely complimentary. I honestly could not fault the service and delicious food provided by Peninsular, and it made my daughter's day very special.
