What’s your signature dish?
Whilst we are increasingly becoming known for our hand-crafted gourmet burgers, some of our most popular items include our handmade loaded corn nachos, Lime Street (pork and lime) Tacos, German currywurst and Welsh Rare Bite hot dogs, Indian Chicken 1685, Ban Ki (teriyaki) Chicky, Porky Pig Loaded Fries,, Jacobean (Vegan-Chimichurri) Burger, Cypriot halloumi cheese burgers and nuggets, Neptune or King Neptune fish burgers and of course our moriesh crunchy housemade coleslaw and wide range of international house sauces.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Something modern and a bit different - We serve our food with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Following consultation with the cluent we create a range of meat, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options served as a street food theme.
What do you love most about your job?
Being creative, talking with clients and knowing that diners have enjoyed the buffet presentation and more importantly the range and taste of our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking and owning my own restaurant and catering business gives me license to create street food themed dishes.
I also love a good gab with my customers.
My business also allows me to support a veterans hub which is important to me as a veteran myself.

We offer something different from the norm. We are modern, creative and on par with current trend, plus our food is amazing of course!!
