All our work is conducted on a contingent basis so if we do not identify any cost reductions no costs are incurred. Since 2004 we have generated reductions for every client with an average reduction of 23% and overall savings surpassing £5 million.
As we have no allegiance to any supplier, we initially focus our work on deriving results from the clients' current suppliers. Yes, we will include potential new suppliers in the process but changes will only be proposed if there are no other options available.
We provide personnel to collect and analyse the initial data. This is then developed into what we term as a baseline. This is discussed and approved with the client to form the basis of our work and how our performance will be measured.
In addition, we speak to key personnel to understand the fine detail, the service level specifications that you require from your suppliers.
We manage the implementation of any reductions that we identify to ensure that they are realised in an effective and timely manner.
Once any results have been implemented we provide quarterly reports confirming the actual reductions that have been acheived.
