Second: The Design - is it pleasant to look at? Is it easy to understand what the big picture of the company/ individual purpose of the website is offering. Is the content balanced, are the pictures showing content in the "best light or perspective"? Does the branding follow through each page? ...

What inspired me to start my own business? I came to create Phoenix Hart Designs CIC after a long process of self discovery. I majored in Psychology at university, and learnt what the key to my own happiness was. Then I wrote a list of all the things I wanted in my life, and asked the universe " how do I get my life to follow this path? " Then I listened to what the world was saying to me, and the synchronicities that it was showing me.
I was already designing many things as a hobby, making custom embroidery designs for friends, custom engraved gifts for special occasions, designing and up-cycling all the time to transform something old and invaluable into something amazing.
When I started listening to the universe, I really heard what people were saying to me for the first time, I used to just brush off comments like " why don't you make this into a business? Why aren't you selling these things ? You should teach lessons in how to do this, etc". So I got the hint and started my business.
It went through a transformation process along the years, to become a CIC so I can align my values and ethos, about giving back to the community, and supporting those who need my help the most, and now its everything I want it to be and I wish I had done it 10 years sooner.
