What do you love most about your job?
Working for myself under my own terms and watching my Clients progress
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been helping Clients fo over 30 years and before that I was self employed
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a great deal of experience across a wide variety of Industries and individual circumstances. I have a series of doable actions that fit in with the current resources. Those actions identify the Client business elements like cash, Customers, Operator and Leadership skills then develop and align them so that the business will both grow and be sustainable.
The end game is to get a growing and successful business that releases time back to the owner and reduces stress levels

I have developed an holistic Business Tool Kit which is a series of modules where the Client can choose to work through one or all of them in an incremental basis seeing results before moving on to the next step
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mostly working through video calls and observing recommendations when conducting site visits

Setting past, present and forecasted Financial Plans for fundraising, securing the business, allowing growth etc.
Personnel Development
I have devised a number of development programmes for use with Operator, Manager and Leaders.
These plans have been proven over time to grow competency, motivation and engagement across the piece
Marketing Plans
An important module in the Business Tool Kit is a Marketing Plan which can either be stand alone or an integral part of the Business Tool Kit.
