DLS Coaching

A coach with 27 years experience of supporting individuals and teams. I work with individuals to help them feel less stuck, gain clarity and to become more confident to take action to achieve the work/life goals that they want for themselves. Are you feeling completely stuck, know that you need to make changes to fulfil your life but do not know where to start? Coaching sessions will leave you feeling positive, motivated, with clarity and energy to make the changes you want with confidence. I work with individuals to explore how you can reach a level of acceptance with your current situation, which frees you up to focus on ‘what next’ and how you can get there. • Do you lack confidence and suffer from imposter syndrome? • Do you wish you had more time and a better work-life balance generally? • Are you looking for a change of career and want to explore what your options are? • Do you feel that change is overdue but feel stuck? • Does change leave you feeling anxious and questioning your ability to adapt and learn new things? Change happens over time; the first step is to reach out for the support and unconditional positive regard that the coaching space provides. I have been a practicing coach since 2017, a facilitator for the AC's Co Coaching Forum for Cambridge and adhere to the AC's Global Code of Ethics. I regularly engage in CPD and Supervision to ensure that I bring my best self as a coach in support of my clients. As your coach I will help you to think more deeply to gain new perspectives and clarity to move forward in support of you achieving your aspirations and goals. My areas of expertise: • Change Readiness - embracing change positively • Imposed Change - redundancy, restructure • Time Management • Self Esteem and Confidence • Life Coaching • Spirituality • Career Coaching • Leadership and Management - new and existing managers • Team coaching To find out more, I offer a free 30-minute discovery call to answer any questions you may have, either over the phone, via Zoom or Teams.

What do you love most about your job?

There is no better joy for me as a coach than to be able to support individuals to realise their full potential and to achieve their goals. Coaching is the gift of helping clients understand more deeply what they want for themselves, their clarity and next steps towards a life well lived.
To experience and witness the coachee with a new sense of clarity, purpose and excitement about the changes they will make and to see them move forward to reach their potential is one of the best outcomes for a coach.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been coaching individuals and teams in a workplace environment since 2017, always with a view of setting up my own business 'one day'!
So when an opportunity to take redundancy came up in August of this year I took it not only as a sign but an opportunity to start my own coaching business so that I can do more of the work I am truly passionate about.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have a depth and breadth of experience supporting people and teams in the workplace, from leadership, stepping into management roles, supporting individuals with confidence/self esteem, career change, time management, courageous conversations, work/life balance, imposed change e.g. redundancy, restructure and change readiness.
I build trust and rapport with my clients quickly and create a safe, non judgemental space for the client to thrive in.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I provide 1:1 coaching remotely via Teams and Zoom

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

With the clients permission we will do the sessions remotely (if that serves them well), otherwise I generally let my local face to face clients choose the venue they are happy to work in (I do not provide coaching at clients homes or at my own home)
