//My new-to-Bark offer of £59/session for up to three sessions is currently available! I have over a decade's experience working with small business owners and senior executives, to help them define their business and their alignment with it. Prior to embarking on business coaching in 2015, my work as a branding specialist helped entrepreneurs and director-level owners enshrine a company aligned with their values and purpose. Now as a coach I take that further with three direct areas of support: -Business Coaching -Leadership Coaching -Executive Coaching --Career Coaching -Money Coaching -Brand Coaching An emerging trend that has developed over the past few years, and aligns with all of my focus areas, is entrepreneurial thinking. An area of coaching perfect for senior-executive level employees or those aiming for such roles. The combination of problem-solving, creative approaches to project management, and leadership from values are an unreserved asset in today's job market. I am without a doubt a business and executive coach as opposed to a life coach (this doesn't exclude any personal life from your coaching, it just sets the parameters of our focus). I feel support is crucial to a coaching relationship, though balance this with a strong level of accountability and challenge. Multiple clients have noted my no-bs approach to challenge - which helps them break old patterns and embrace catalysts for change. I offer a range of coaching solutions including: -one-offs -3, 6, and 12 session blocks -focus coaching programmes (a blend of 1:1 coaching with group support) My flat rate fee is £147/ session, though I operate a coaching tariff for those experiencing financial hardship or difficulties.

What do you love most about your job?

Facilitating change. Most of my clients are creative and intelligent people - great problem solvers and keen to enjoy their work. In fact, if you give them nothing else to do, a totally free week with a couple of people on hand to see to their day to day requirements, and a library of resources, they could achieve most of what we do in our sessions. But the truth is most people don't have that opportunity!

But in a coaching relationship, I can help them expand their current lines of thinking and sure up their beliefs, challenge those that aren't helpful and enhance their approach to their work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For me, it's in the blood. I've run my own businesses in one guise or another since I was sixteen. Now, as a coach, operating independently is the best way to serve my clients without restriction.

Why should our clients choose you?

The truth is, not everybody should! I can't be the ideal coach for everyone - and that's okay. That's great even! Because by not rounding my corners to fit everyone's needs, I can be a better fit for those I do work with.

As to the way I work, my appetite for CPD is vast which means I'm always training and refining my skills in line with the latest coaching theories. I am a full member of 4 professional bodies which not only ensures accountability, a subscription to ethical practice, and a commitment to a certain level of service - but also gives me a wealth of resources behind me if ever something we face in our coaching process that isn't within my wheelhouse and I need a layer of support to support you.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I operate Zoom sessions as well as phone and in person. For certain clients, I add accountability checkups via WhatsApp or email if preferred.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Primarily a move to online coaching and introduction of biophilia (exploring nature) sessions.
