Meeting new people and spending time really getting under the skin of their business and their development needs. I get a real buzz from finding the right solution for each client rather than applying a 'one size fits all' mentality.

Liz Redway, Redway HR's founder, has an Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. In 2002 Liz was accredited with Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Liz is also a member of the ICF and an AoEC accredited associate executive coach. With nearly twenty years experience across a number of sectors and internationally, Liz is a well-rounded professional who works with integrity to support the individuals and businesses she works with.

Before we start work we'll sit down with you to make sure we understand exactly what it is that you need. ​While we work with you we'll keep in touch with you regularly to talk about progress. If your needs change during a set piece of work, we'll work with those changes to produce an end result that you will be delighted with.

Career coaching to achieve better alignment between your current job and your longer term career and life goals.

This packages includes:
* 6 x 60 minute coaching call using Zoom
* Follow up emails with the actions agreed on during the sessions to support your progress

One off payment of £995 plus vat or a payment plan of 6 instalments of £166 plus vat.

We help you take a fresh look the possibilities, clear the mental fog and make sure your steps to success are given the attention they deserve. This comprehensive career coaching package is ten sessions, with sessions every two to four weeks so that we can gain some traction towards your goals. The sessions usually cover:

*Your work-related values and aspirations for the future
*Use of a work-style or career interests online test
*What motivates you at work and how to increase the opportunities to find and access those motivators
*Considering and evaluating a range of options so that you can make an informed choice
*Planning your next steps, identifying tools and strategies to support you
*Planning for reality; identifying and defeating obstacles that could stand in your way
*Overcoming obstacles; the transition to leadership, confidence or skills gaps
*Achieving sustainable progress towards your future.

Returning to work after a break can be both daunting and exhausting. Many women report they lack confidence, or feel guilty and are unsure of which path to take. We help you take a fresh look the possibilities, clearing the mental fog and making sure your steps to success are given the attention they deserve.

*Building your ego and boosting your confidence

Executive coaching, sometimes called Leadership coaching, takes place over a period of time (usually between 3 to 6 months) which allows the coachee to plan and implement new strategies and reflect on what has worked well.

Our executive coaching covers a range of themes, dependent on the context of the individual, such as change, management, conflict or leadership.

This package includes:
* 6 x 60 minute coaching call using Zoom
* Follow up emails with the actions agreed on during the sessions to support your progress

One off payment of £995 plus vat or a payment plan of 6 instalments of £166 plus vat.

We bring an action-focused approach to building your skills, trying new strategies and making sure to review your progress towards your aspirational goals.

Typically our executive coaching comprises of six sessions which are is likely to cover:

Clarifying goals and values to ensure a congruent way forward
Understanding needs from an individual, interpersonal and organisational perspective
Clarifying desired outcomes and priorities both short and long term
Exploring and evaluating effective strategies; examples may include personal resilience, managing uncertainty, trust building, follow-through
Planning for reality; identifying and defeating obstacles that could stand in your way
Reviewing progress and refining strategies for increased effectiveness

We are here to support with the more messy elements of employing people.
Our team of experts have employment law experience and understand how to manage investigations, disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy and appeal procedures to the desired outcome for your business.
We also offer our mediation services to strengthen relationships moving forwards.

Providing Outsourced HR, we are here to guide you through your ‘people needs’, whether it be a one-off disciplinary or a regular number of hours per month. We recognise that a start-up business will have a differing need (and budget) to a more established company, and cater to both ends of the market.
