Excellent service received today. The handle of my bathroom window snapped off so I called to get a quote on the repairing/replacement.
I was advised of the call out fee and charge for parts (would have been around £175+). I was also advised that this is something I should attempt to fix myself to avoid paying that sum of money. I went to a local trades store and bought a new window lock/handle.
Lo and behold, 10mins later I successfully installed the new handle. At a cost of £10 only!!!
