He prepared a delicious two course meal that catered perfectly to all of our dietary needs, which was no easy task with such a large group.
Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Ali went above and beyond to make the evening feel special and seamless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. I booked Celia a couple of months before and she was nothing but helpful. I was on a bit of a budget and she gave me great advice on where I could cut costs and get away with it as well as where not to.
I had everything planned in my head on where the bar area etc would be in the garden but when Celia arrived she told me why she didn't think it would work and what I should do instead. She's the expert so I went along with her suggestions and I'm glad that I did as it all worked just perfectly.
Everyone loved the amazing food and all of her staff were fantastic. It turned out that they had catered for a few of my other guests recently and Celia knew almost as many people as the party as I did!
