What’s your signature dish?
Salt beef with homemade slaw and melted cheddar cheese topped with gherkins and mustard.
Bacon, blow torched brie cheese, cranberry sauce, walnuts and rocket
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We blend a variety of tastes and flavours from cuisines across the world and include them on our bagel menu.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the customer interaction more than anything and the happiness it gives us when we serve out a great product.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We didn't want to be constrained by the traditional 9-5 and as we are young driven individuals we thought it would be a perfect time to try create our own business.

We love to give the best service. We are organised and dedicated. Our passion for contstant innovation has lead us to create some really wacky combinations for our bagels.

We can do deliveries if needed, bagels are a perfect lunchtime treat so yes this is possible.

As well as our primary bagel offering we can serve gourmet burgers, bbq, meals as well as an array of other dishes as we have experienced catering knowledge.
